Hi, April 3rd 2007 I launched this website. This is what I consider to be the official start of Marikaya. The past 12 years of work experience were needed to bring me where I am today. At a place of no return. With a strong conviction that the way corporations wish to create new value in today’s competitive marketplace can be massively improved. It is my wish to release this intrinsic power and close the gap between corporations and society in the meanwhile. Here some background about me:

After working in Sales & Marketing for more than 6 years at Nokia (networks and mobile phones) and working the last year as Principal Innovation Manager at the leading Dutch (mobile) operator KPN, Raimo (1973) started in June 2007 his own consultancy agency in the field of Strategic Innovation and Online Media (Internet & Mobile). His newly started agency, Mobminds (www.mobminds.com), offers “consumer oriented” companies services in the field of Consulting, Workshops and Concept Development. Next to this Raimo is founder of Mobile Monday Amsterdam (www.mobilemonday.nl), speaks at events about The Mobile Life and writes for the leading marketingblog in The Netherlands called Marketingfacts (www.marketingfacts.nl).

Current interests involve: Value Creation, Innovation, Concept Development, Mobile Marketing, Augmented Reality, Internet of Things, Social Networking, Social Sharing, Social Search, RFID, 2D Barcodes, Co-Creation, Crowdsourcing, Context aware applications, Gadgets, Sustainability, Strategic CSR.

[...] Rhymo heeft een korte uitleg en grafische weergave waarom hij denkt dat Google de zet heeft gedaan. Ik geloof in de hypothese dat Google meer aansluiting wil bij de “always on” gedachte. Anytime, anywhere aanwezig zijn met relevante diensten op basis van je gps locatie en je OpenID welke o.a. is aangevuld met demografische data van jou maar ook je vrienden, denk aan merkenvoorkeur zoals H&M hyve, branddating maar ook lidmaatschap van de tennisclub alwaar je inlogt om je baan te reserveren etc etc etc). Benieuwd hoe men dit verder uit gaat werken in evt. integratie mogelijkheden gaat uitwerken. [...]
